Salone Satellite - watershed

Winner: 2006 SaloneSatellite Award
Creating a mobile structure that could travel in our checked luggage, the watershed installation at the 2006 Salone del Mobile created an atmospheric environment that captured the “weather” of visitor’s voices by measuring the wind speed, moisture, temperature of their voices and projecting the data via coloured light back into the space.
Complementary bottles of water were given away with 3d printed replacement caps, allowing them to be filled in water fountains and sinks across Milan.
